This is my first experience with the game, and since I am usually only playing online, I thought I’d experience this one too, but I couldn’t even last a few weeks.
The story started off well, with the main character in a town of mortals. I visited him and ended up living there for some time, and getting to know the other townsfolk. I could’ve gotten along with them (for the most part) and things would’ve ended very differently. Unfortunately, the game starts to break down as I continue my story.
The biggest problem with this game is that, whenever things are moving along ok, you are up against another problem that you have to fix before you can do anything else. Because everything is 2D, the gameplay starts to take a turn for the worse.
The game has an Ok voice-acting cast, but the script is pretty off. Sometimes it gets a little hard to follow as to what’s happening. And the gameplay gets very repetitive very quickly.
I heard that the developers are working on a patch, but it would’ve been great to know before I spent all of my time on this game.
All in all, it’s a bad game with a very broken story. If you’re looking for an epic tale of the gods, then you might as well look elsewhere.
I am so sad about that game. I started playing on PC. It takes a really long time to get into the game. Get used to run around on your mouse. It’s annoying as hell. The voice acting is ok. The story is interesting but they ruin the whole experience as you play through the game. I was surprised how bad it is. I will never play that crap again and I’ve been trying for years. It starts off good. I like the character design. Then it takes a turn for the worse. No story line so you are just running around clicking one button per area to progress. And this is just a demo of the game and in the full game, it is even worse. In some places it can be VERY frustrating. I’m glad the developer never came back.
The great thing is I am free to just experience it for the atmosphere and story.
